Merlin Carbon Pre-Filter Replacement

This Activated Carbon Block Cartridge Filter is the original equipment stage one replacement for all GE Merlin Systems. Whilst we do not sell this unit due to its poor rejection ratio's we do stock the replacement membranes for those customers who have these units.

This filter will remove chlorine and sediment down to 5-microns to protect the membranes. If your water supply contains unusual amounts of sediment and/or chlorine, or you find that you need to change this filter too frequently, it is recommended that you install additional, larger scale, prefiltration prior to the Merlin System.

To keep your Merlin running efficiently, this filter should be changed at least every 6 months.
