 Created in 2004 by directors James Sharp and Simon Austin, Nippon Nishikigoi is commited to providing Japanese koi and related products of the highest quality. By combining our knowledge of koi, our existing years in the koi industry and superior customer service; Nippon Nishikigoi has displayed consistant growth and achievement.

Based near Cranbrook Kent around 35 minutes from  the M25, Nippon Nishikigoi are available for koi sales by appointment only. This ensures you receive the best possible service and advice by adopting the Japanese way of business. We are available to discuss all aspects of koi keeping and are always willing to advise on any subject, be it pond construction or koi health care.

  We visit Japan around 3 - 4 times a year in search of the finest koi. We are the sole UK importer of TaniguchiTaniguchi koi farm, Hukuyama-shi, Hiroshima, Japan koi farm fish and we use this relationship to secure koi of the highest quality - as proved by our consistant show success in Japan.

However we also purchase from breeders such as OoyamaOoyama koi farm, Hiroshima, Japan Koi Farm, MatsueMatsue koi farm, Yatsuka Higashiizumo, Shimane, Japan Nishikigoi Center, OmosakoOmosako koi farm, Kure-shi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan Koi Farm, TamauraTamaura koi farm, Japan Koi Farm, Okayama MomotaroMomotaro koi farm, Mitsu-kunigahara, Okayama, Japan Koi and we also have extensive relationships with major dealers in Japan such as Narita Koi Farm in Nagoya.

 We are constantly seeking out new breeders to the UK market and  always persue new leads with a courtesy phone call and pre-booked appointment. This usually means we can build relationships with breeders from the ground up, ensuring we gain direct access to the best koi at the best prices. We travel Japan on our own, without the use of Japanese agents, arranging the shipping with the shippers ourselves, again ensure the best prices are secured in all areas.
