This koi has resided at Yamatoya for one season and has been harvested at 64cm, his largest sansai of this year. This koi ticks all the boxes, a powerful body shape, broad head and thick odome. Excellent skin and terri (lustre). The beni will get thicker and will eventually shine. The marazome kiwa is perfect and just shows the high quality of this koi. The wonderful three step, with a perfect tail stop, matches the distance from its nose to the start of its pattern. The head pattern goes around the eyes, making the blue eyes stand out and add to its beauty. The koi will be shipped to the UK to be grown on in the main pond if unsold.
